I’ve tried to give this place a shot now 3 times but each time I come I’m disappointed in a new way. Today’s visit included waiting 22 minutes for 2 burgers and 1 fry for ~$30. The staff are apathetic and are unclean. They wipe down the trays with cloths so disgusting I wouldn’t wipe a floor with them. There are 7 people working and none making progress.
RecommendedIt was my 1st visit. Clean and pleasant atmosphere, however the pop machine wasn't operational so that was a small issue.
Burgers were flavorful, good choice of toppings to choose from. Fries were delicious too. Their menu gives you a choice of several different burgers and a create your own option. They also have chicken sandwiches.
Great place if you want a sloppy burger. Their malts are amazing.

One prices are hight for food quantity, but thats ok what makes me upset is im trying to take dinner home order and when i get home food missinng or. Ot what i asked. I got bacapology they ask if i want my money back and you just made me go hom and back you thinkbi want my money back!!! Once think i learned customer service is the key.. and damn sure wont be comingback

Tasty burger and fries combo. A little messy to eat, but very good. The chocolate shake was thick, and oh so good.

I loved elevation burger and then tonight my order was totally screwed up. My burger had tomatoes, elevation sauce, and pickles on it, none of which I ordered. I could understand maybe getting one thing wrong but three toppings wrong? When I called to tell the staff a woman (who spoke very hard to understand English) told me she was the manager when in fact she was not and was actually a "team chief" or something to that effect. Those who don't appreciate organic food think that the food is expensive. It is really reasonable. I am particular about food but I can polish one whole burger from here.
Elevation Burger has always had amazing burgers and fries but now they offer really delicious checken! And the veggie burgers are outstanding! It's all so good, and good for you!
