Only place in the city where you can take a high end mountain bike. Fair and trustworthy
Just picked up my bike after Charlie did a tune up, changed out the brakes and chain. It’s riding like a dream. They do great work! I had another bike shop try to fix a mushy feeling of my rear brake (which they caused) three times and they ended up just telling me it was my imagination after charging me a hefty price. Now the brakes work like new. Really appreciate their excellent work.
Nowhere else I'd go in the bay area for MTB tune up / repairs! Charlie truly knows his stuff and won't do unnecessary repairs just to upcharge like some shops do. Fair prices and good honest work. Also has an amazing collection of retro DH bikes that are a wonder to behold.
