Just moved to Elevation apts to start a new life! It is beautiful there and the ladies in the office are so kind and caring! Pablo has fixed a few small things to perfection and I really appreciate the great care and service I have received. I would recommend this place to my friends!
These apartments leave A LOT to be desired. Some of the issues that have been the biggest problems in just the past two years include: -frequent water shut offs due to leaks, that have also been reported to Tucson Water Company -when they turn off the water, sometimes for over 10 hours, we are also without AC -when you send emails to ComCapp, they send emails stating that someone will follow up, but there is never any follow up by Elevation management -you put work orders in directly with office personnel, they don’t submit ... read more

Water issues all the time,no hot water in winter, summer time no cold water,soooo tired of calling the office,all u get is I'm sorry,the place needs to have whole complex replummed... For the money I pay,I expect to get all the simple serviced,like being able to take a shower without scolding myself,never been in an apartment complex with so many water issues...
From the year I have lived here it as never been a good experience. Water shutoffs every other week and terrible management who takes no responsibility. As of 4:37 pm today we have not had any running water since 9 am and the apartment manager will not offer any compensation. Just recently we went a full week without hot water from a “water emergency”, these emergencies happen every other week here. There is constant maintenance problems with everything in our apartment and in the middle of the night the faucet water smells ... read more
