This place is all about money, not the tenants. They charge you $200 monthly for ‘maintenance’ & “ leasing papers” lmao that’s only mentioned in the lease but never verbally . Whenever tenants need real help, they act like they care but they gaslight you. It’s all talk and lies just to keep up appearances. Very disappointing experience so far!
Bad experiences with staff that prevented me from moving here. Don't recommend at all.
Office staff is completely incompetent. Speaking for a friend who spent three days seeing apts dealing with the idiots!!!!!
I just moved here two months ago and this is a great place to live. The grounds are clean, the people are nice, the move in process was smooth and accommodating. Maintenance is extremely fast, neighbors are mostly quiet. It is a very peaceful community and the amenities are amazing. I throughly am glad we have moved in here. However- I am disappointed in feedback I gave the office in my move in survey, when moving to this spot we were under the impression that both of the apartment Phases had access to all the amenities. Just switched apartment complexes from the Taylor at Greenways and now I have 15 months in Phase 1 at CPN. Fantastic experience. Nidiann has been excellent to work with throughout the process including the application, and move in. It has been smoother than I have experienced previously at the Taylor. Approved within 24 hours. How can you beat that? Renting a huge one bed/ one bath and garage for $2k/month with an awesome view.
