From the moment I moved in, Cortland Powers North felt like home. The apartments are beautiful, modern, and many are designed with walk in closets! I unfortunately had to break my lease early for military orders! But thankfully Amanda & team were extremely understanding and supportive! The community is well-kept, quiet, and in a great location on Powers corridor, close to everything I needed. Definitely recommend getting a floor plan with a view!!! I don't leave many reviews, but I was truly impressed!
Horrible.. I flew from Ohio to Colorado with the hopes of viewing these apt for my move. Prior to arrival I made what I was looking for very clear which was a 2 or 3 bed/ large apt, mountain facing unit.. I was told there was availability and I would be able to view. Upon arrival I was told there was only a 1 bedroom to tour or I could see pictures. I was not given a tour at all and was the utmost waste of my time ever showing up.
This place is amazing, Natalie Goodman was our leasing consultant...you guys go see her. Her Customer Service is above and Beyond and apartment are to die for. Best place to live
After looking around and touring plenty of apartment, complexes. I found Cortland! It’s got the sweetest staff. Marsha is always there to answer any questions and help me out, super sweet young lady with a great attitude.
Marsha was a pleasure to work with, professional, friendly, and always willing to answer my questions. She made the leasing process smooth and stressfree, which I really appreciated.
