Grace, Jayne, and Jay in the leasing office have been incredibly helpful throughout my move-in process. Jayne in particular has helped me since the very beginning. Always friendly, willing to help, and has consistently checked in with me as I’ve settled in! As a current tenant of two years, I hate that I have to write this but enough is enough. Cortland Powers North is NOT a place I can recommend anyone move too. I moved here when their phase 2 had just opened and to see this community be completely destroyed by corporate greed is impossible to ignore. The valet rash - Used to be a huge perk! Now its nothing but a nightmare. You are REQUITRED to pay for it, and God forbid your trash doesn't meet the standards. You'll get fined. I lived in this neighborhood for almost 2 years with almost zero issues. The management team is great and very friendly, the maintenance team is quick to respond to requests and will come by same day to fix anything, and the cleaning crew is always efficient. The best and worst thing about this place and reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars are the people.
