Update, phase 2 continues to go downhill. This place is full of irresponsible and inconsiderate pet owners. Barking dogs are left on balconies for hours on end. Urine and feces on balconies. Makes it difficult to enjoy your balcony or open windows. Choose wisely. This place is not what they advertise.
Malissa is amazing every time she comes out to fix our mishaps. Knows what she’s doing, very respectful and kind. We appreciate you.
We've been here since Phase II first opened. It's sad that this place has become so greedy. When we renewed our lease last year they started charging an extra $7 a month just for parking. When we first moved in the trash was collected 7 days a week and now it's only 5 days a week yet we pay the same amount for trash valet. Now they took away the year round pool/spa. Grace, Jayne, and Jay in the leasing office have been incredibly helpful throughout my move-in process. Jayne in particular has helped me since the very beginning. Always friendly, willing to help, and has consistently checked in with me as I’ve settled in! The complex is clean, well-maintained, and has so many inviting sitting areas for friends and family to visit. The amenities—pool, jacuzzi, sky lounge, and workout room—are amazing!
