I was a previous tenant at Cortland Powers North, and my experience was mixed. Pros: • Great coffee & tea in the common area. • The area felt secure and I could leave my bike outside without worry. • No incidents of vandalism while I lived there. • The gym was decent and functional. • Convenient location near many shops. • Sidewalks were always clean. • Spacious apartments and good views and lighting on most • Maintenance is fast at fixing issues. FULL OF LIES, absolutely cannot wait to move out. The new stuff doesn’t know what they’re doing and does not accommodate and it feels like just corporate lingo trying to just get some help. They raise the prices on you so the rate you agree on changes every month with your monthly charges. DO NOT MOVE HERE. There is way better! Especially for the price.
I am writing to express my concern regarding the repeated misuse of the valet trash service by the resident(s) of Unit 204. The attached photo clearly shows multiple trash bags left outside the door in an unsanitary and unsightly manner. This has unfortunately become a daily issue, creating an unpleasant experience for neighbors who have to walk past these overflowing bags. This place is all about money, not the tenants. They charge you $200 monthly for ‘maintenance’ & “ leasing papers” lmao that’s only mentioned in the lease but never verbally . Whenever tenants need real help, they act like they care but they gaslight you. It’s all talk and lies just to keep up appearances. Very disappointing experience so far!
Bad experiences with staff that prevented me from moving here. Don't recommend at all.
