If You're Looking for MOLD GROWTH, COCKROACHES, and POOR MANAGEMENT. Elevation 800 is the Place for You! I've never experienced such blatant unprofessionalism from an apartment community. Since moving in back in May, I’ve been placed in not one, but two cockroach-infested units. The first unit flooded due to severe foundation issues- soaking our bedroom and nearly destroying our furniture. It took six days to even get a response from the office. The last 4 months of living at Elevation 800 have been a complete nightmare. Please do not rent from here if you care about your furniture not getting water damaged or infested with cockroaches. I moved in in May to a beautiful unit here and was so excited. Upon moving in, the property manager at the time commented that entering my unit with me was her first time ever looking at the apartment. I am beyond furious with Elevation 800 Apartments and would not recommend this complex to anyone. After moving out, I was slapped with a $2400 bill to replace the floors, which is absolutely outrageous. The damage they’re claiming was not caused by me. When I moved in, I verbally informed management that the floors were disgustingly filthy, but I didn’t make a big deal out of it and cleaned them myself. It has been a bit up and down for my fiancé and I since moving into this property, but we overall have loved living here so far! The apartments have a nice finish and feel very homey. We live in the apex floor plan and it is a perfect amount of space for us and our dog. We did have a maintenance issue with our original unit, so we did have to vacate it to allow for the issue to be fixed.
