It appears my original review was taken down, which was also a 1 star review. I signed a contract with this company in June 2022. This company made a lot of promises that they could not keep, and afte to was already in contract told me I needed to upgrade my circuit breaker box, which in the original agreement was included. I had to pay an additional $4000 for this. I hired this company early 2023 for my solar project. After ten months and twice putting the panels in my garage to be installed, they could not deliver and finish the job! They held $12,600.00 of my money for more than 6 months! I asked for the interest on my money for keeping it for more than six months, but they declined! Please be very cautious when you want to hire this company!
I refferred 3 friends that installed solar system with Elevation. 4 months has pass since their system were installed and I called multiple times to Elevation still no referral checks.
"The employee arrived at my house appearing to be under the influence, and there was a noticeable odor of marijuana on him. Additionally, the city inspector mentioned that the individual seemed quite relaxed." I decided to sign with elevation solar because they made a cheap offer. Big mistake. Since then, I have many many hours of my life trying to get them to deliver what they had discussed with me. They initially made an incomplete application for solar in california that was delayed indefinitely.
