We are located inside the Minot Country Club on the top level of the clubhouse. We are open 7 days a week, year round to members of the club as well as the general public. Our trained staff of professionals strive to provide excellent food and service. Our 1685 bar is perfect for a lunch meeting, or great for cocktails with friends. Both of my parents are vegans and were visiting town for a few days from Florida. I looked up Elevation after seeing they had some vegetarian and vegan options for my folks. I was pleasantly surprised when our server gave us the vegetarian menu and offered to make further changes to certain dishes for my parents, ultimately fitting their dietary needs. Atmosphere, quality and service...awesome. easily the NICEST place in town. Expect to pay a bit more here than Applebee's...it's worth it
