We had a stairlift installed by Home Elevator and their team and every step of the process was very hospitable and professional. They were able to accommodate our space and provide us with an easy solution to our accessibility.
Working with this company was an excellent and seamless experience. Their rep Julie was kind and thourough. The installers arrived as scheduled and provied an excellent instillation, complete with instructions and testing on how to use the lift. If we ever need to install in another family member's home it will be this company and the Bruno lift.
Very happy with our new attic lift. The installation was completed by professionals who were both efficient and capable.
They were absolutely fantastic. Julie worked with me and could not have been nicer or more helpful. Rick and Dan installed the lift chair and instructed us on how to use it. I could not ask for more. Every was great.
Charged me twice $250 in advance for the same minor issue which kept recurring. Took less than 15 minutes each time. Then would not come back to fix it. Won’t return phone calls. Total scam. Will report to BBB.
