I would not normally leave a negative review, but I feel like it's appropriate in this case. I placed an order in Elevati Design's online shop. A week went by without any correspondence or updates. I emailed in order to try to get some information, but received no response. I wanted an additional week and tried to call their phone number as listed on their website: 404.948.6777.
