Nicole introduced me to ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) and after only 2 sessions it’s already greatly reduced my level of anxiety around certain events and necessary daily things that I was really struggling with. My regular therapy sessions with Nicole have always been productive but, at the risk of sounding dramatic, the addition of ART has honestly been life changing. I hope others can experience the level of relief I have felt since trying it.

I was nervous to start therapy, but once I started talking with Nicole she was wonderful. She made me feel seen and listened. I could not have picked a better therapist, and I am thankful for her time and helping me on my journey.

I want to say that Nicole Head was a shining light for me when I was in a very dark place. I was sceptical about seeing a therapist. I am usually a very private person. It was at a time in my life, when I was very lost. I was bruised and felt extremely broken. So, I decided to give it try, speaking to a therapist. Miss head gave me back my light. Nicole is such a great therapist. She was very kind, understanding, and created a safe space for me to open up about my feelings. I had amazing progress and was able to reach my goals because of guidance. I highly recommend her.
