I've been seeing Barbara through Elevated therapy using online appointments! With her help I've made so much progress managing past trauma and my ADHD symptoms. She has helped me manage my life and work through things in therapy and when I mentioned I was open to trying medication for my ADHD she recommended a fantastic psychiatrist as well. She uses solution focused approaches, with her it's not just talk therapy, I've tried talk therapy many times in the past and made very little progress. Nicole is the best! I have been to so many therapists and never found one that I felt a connection with. She cares about her patients and wants the best for her. When I found her, I was in a very bad place. Now, more than 6 months later, I am happier and I'm working through all the things I have spent decades letting dictate my actions and thoughts. Nicole saved my life!
