As a first time homebuyer, Lauren was extremely knowledgeable and helpful at every stop in the process. The first day I talked to her she got me in to look at the house I would later purchase. She’s the best town and I’ll definitely be using her in the future
As unrepresented buyers who have chosen the route to use a real estate attorney for transactions, Lauren first vetted that we were professional, knowledgable, and interested, but after giving us the runaround, she was only willing to show the property during weekday daytime hours and said that this is because she reserves the evenings and weekends for personal time and for her own clients. Steven and Lauren were excellent to work with in the selling of our home. The communication was great throughout the process. We loved the added videos that really showcased our home.
