It's a safe spot where you can get one-to-one and group counsel, target physical weaknesses to improve on, learn proper technique and better comprehend practical ways to achieve your goal. Elevated performance has the best sports specific training program in the Santa Clarita Valley. Chris is great at analyzing your current physical condition and customizing a program to meet all of your sports performance needs. Also Robert and Craig are the best hitting coaches in the business. They are great at identifying mechanical flaws and giving you the tools/drills to make your swing as efficient and powerful as possible. I wouldn't trust my baseball career with anyone else.
