NEVER AGAIN will I do any business with this company....paid for a 4 inch ready lift kit with 35 x 12.5 x 20 tires, i was told it would take 8hrs, which ended up being 2 days and when I picked my truck up it had the same tires as before..I was told they dropped the ball ......no I paid 6400 for bad service. I ended up notifying my credit card company for my refund since they dropped the ball on canceling the 35in tires which would not fit on my lift kit.
Elevated off road provides quality work at great price. The guys are very professional and know what they're doing. It's great having the comfort of knowing the job gets done right and that's exactly what you get here. I highly recommend these guys for anything your looking to get done on your vehicle.
Here is your fair warning and an actual honest review about this shop. I've had several issues with a leveling kit for my Tundra that these guys installed. I used them because they were on Westcott Designs' website as a dealer, but I really wish I had listened to the reviews about their communication. I purchased the kit from Westcott thinking that I'd have time to install it. I wouldn't take anything here. Took my truck because I figured it would be a professional job at the price they charge because a body shop was half of their price. You don't always get what you pay for. I took the truck back so they could make it right and still had to snap parts back on my tuck in their parking lot before I left. Get home and still have bolts missing on a trailer hitch and had to put a step on myself. I always do my own work and this is exactly why. Horrible shop.
