Service has gone downhill. Took my car in last week to get a few fob programmed. When I dropped my car off my battery worked just fine and my car started without any issues. When it came to pick up my car from the dealership, my battery struggled to start my car. It would click a few times before starting. Woke up the next day and my battery was dead. 1st time visit. Friendly people and clean facility. My Service Advisor Dave was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Will definitely be back.
After consultation with another repair shop I brought my 2015 Versa Note to Elevated for evaluation as I had a lifetime power train warranty from their predecessor Hendrick Nissan.The previous shop told me engine knock and struts. Service consultant had everything evaluated and I had a bad transmission and sway bar and bushings needed replaced.
