Ben was really good and helpful
Avoid this dealership. Salesman was not knowledgeable about the vehicle, was not helpful in figuring out what I was looking for. Used cheesy practices like having the manager come in to close the deal. Then mislead about services. Twice I was told something that just wasn’t true and had no recourse when I went back to discuss.
Tim was exceptional! He was very patient with us and continued to follow up for a couple weeks until we found the perfect SUV.
I have a lovely experience here! I was helped by Addi and she gave us time and space to make the decision for my car. She was so kind and didn’t make me feel like I needed to make a decision on my car immediately. I was given so much helpful information and I genuinely feel like I could ask any question I have for as long as I have my Nissan and beyond if I needed help with anything else. Great Experience with Tim and Ben and Elevated Nissan. We have been shopping for a new SUV for over 6 months and these two were super patient and met all our needs throughout the months of us trying to decide the right one. We finally made out decision this weekend and absolutely love our new Murano!
