Terrible company with little professionalism. The apparent founder - Karrie Taylor, was extremely rude and called me names. My husband and I own a fence company, J.R. & Sons. She had a scheduled appointment at 12 o’clock for an estimate. I showed up to your estimate 10 to 15 minutes early and rang the doorbell twice and knocked on the door with no answer. My experience with Elevated Management was mixed - they handled routine matters adequately, but their crisis management revealed significant deficiencies. In May 2025, my unit sprung several roof leaks, resulting in significant ceiling damage and a moist, exposed insulation space ripe for mold growth. I have been a resident of Sunrise South Apartments for several years, and after elevated management took responsibility for my apartment complex the management has been extremely rude to me.
