This company is unorganized and rude I tried to view two different apartments and they didn't know what has been rented or available and when I gave my opinion on it the desk girl hung up on mid conversation don't do business with them it would a huge loss for anyone who dose business with these unorganized rude ugly people

Terrible company with little professionalism. The apparent founder - Karrie Taylor, was extremely rude and called me names. My husband and I own a fence company, J.R. & Sons. She had a scheduled appointment at 12 o’clock for an estimate. I showed up to your estimate 10 to 15 minutes early and rang the doorbell twice and knocked on the door with no answer. My experience with Elevated Management was mixed - they handled routine matters adequately, but their crisis management revealed significant deficiencies. In May 2025, my unit sprung several roof leaks, resulting in significant ceiling damage and a moist, exposed insulation space ripe for mold growth.
