Hello there! I would love to share some insight with you on the management group, Elevated Management llc. Upon move in I was hit with an additional rental charge that had to be paid up front before I received the keys. At the door. My family and I had no oven or stove for 6 months after the fire department had to shut it off. Elevated refused to replace it until the city threatened to shut the property down. Completely unorganized, unprofessional Customer Service, Nonresponsive to voicemails and calls to the office. Was told an apartment they’ve had on their website for 3 months (showing availability) was unavailable to rent… viewed this apartment (when they thought it still needed to be cleaned) AND APPLIED and they continued to persist That the apartment was unavailable for rent.
