I've been living here for over 5 years,since this people of so called management got here ,no AC , they did it on purpose and it's been almost 3 years without AC ,just me,but I'm just leaving it run to see how much longer they're gonna go,never had to dealt with such a management before in my life Always at the window,all the time,day and night,yes yes, And? There's nothing else to see in there , nothing else to see in there
All I'm trying to do is get a application.. guess they don't need the business. Tryed at least 10 times...
I’ve rented with Elevated Management for two years now, and they’re amazing. Maintenance orders are usually taken care of within 24 hours. My property manager Nancy Webb is super responsive and helpful. They allow dogs, and pet rent is cheaper than other management companies. I’m super annoying and I know I pester them frequently, but they’ve always been very professional.
I usually don't call maintenance but this is the kind of response you will get.
