They increase rent annually even tho they don't upgrade anything.... when you report a maintenance issue, they will charge you for it... at least buy a new toner with the rent increase
I live in the Nova apartments and Stacey, apartment manager, deseree, assistant, and Lucas, maintenance, are the best ever. They came in with elevated management group and have really cleaned up the place. Gotten rid of trouble makers, and Lucas goes through every morning and cleans the parking lot and all the courtyards. These people give you the run around. Trying to contact anyone is difficult once you move in. They won't return emails and if you call someone they say to call another person or give you an email to send your questions and concerns to. Update: They Will Tow Residents Vehicles Without Notice. Yes they tow working driving functional vehicles away that you are currently using. Watch yourself around there. And if you need the maintenance line you get cussed out by an angry lady. Lots of sneaky charges and late fees. A lot of the bills are charged separate from your rent making you have to pay an extra fee or late fee.
