Amazing group of people.
First and last time renting with this company. Moved into my property in March with a refrigerator that was already leaking, they needed me to arrange with an appliance company, due to my schedule I was unable to meet the appliance company, the company asked if I could have them meet the property manager. When I asked the management company to meet them they agreed and said they would send “staff” . We never discussed entering my property just accepting a delivery on my behalf. During my tenancy, I dealt with repeated roof leaks in different areas of the unit.
