Leaving a one-star review feels generous after my experience with Elevated. Dealing with this company has been frustrating from the very beginning—from trying to view the apartment, to reaching an actual leasing agent, to getting anyone to return a phone call. Honestly I love my apartment. Never have an issue that they don’t resolve immediately. It was an easy move in, and the manager is nice and she communicates everything that’s going on.
At the showing I couldn't locate the correct unit or contact the agent who I was scheduled to meet. We waited around for 15 minutes and then as I was driving away, we finally noticed someone who looked like an agent. After approaching the agent, we discovered they had double booked our showing time, which is why no one was responding to us while we waited in the parking lot. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. PROPERTY MANAGERS WILL SCAM YOU FOR EXTRA RENT CLAIMING IT'S FOR LEGAL FEES BUT WONT SHOW PROOF. THEN THEY WILL TRY TO ADD LATE FEES ON TOP WHICH IS ILLEGAL. Rental properties have bugs and I've never heard of an apartment complex that charges you for maintenance calls. Good luck if you decide to rent from this place. Definitely do not recommend.
