I got a wash and re-twist which sounds basic but I also have a lot of long locs ( past my waist) and I tend to go a pretty long time between re-twist. Mostly because its a lot of work to do on your own. I had a decent mini fro going under my locs. Anetra took great care of me with a wash and scalp treatment for some irritation I have.
