Not sure where to begin. Had an installation performed and the number of phone calls required to get service was painful. Had to switch providers for proper support. The problem with high end installations is the manufacturers of the equipment default to the service provider and if they're not responsive you're screwed. The final straw was charging me again for a piece of equipment that never worked in the first place. You have been warned.
Our engagement with Elevated started out great. Their techs were incredibly kind and the owner (Nick) is a nice guy. Unfortunately, the project took them more time than expected. When their system began to fail, Nick stopped returning emails. The other project manager they assigned me never returned a single email. This left us with a completely non-functioning system that they had just installed. Nick did an amazing job on my project. I have worked with many AV companies over the years and his team was the best. They are knowledgeable, professional and very responsive. He cleaned up my whole house system which was a mess from my prior AV company. Highly recommend without reservation.
They did work in 2 residences for us. We found them to be always responsive and that they deliver what they promise. For the 2 minor issues that came up, post-installation, they came immediately to make things work. We would heartily recommend them.
