So I did two Manual Osteopathic appointments with Hagen Kals at Elevated Health Gollective so far; and it's been amazing. The firat one was an introductory appointment explaining my concerns (stiffness/tightness in neck and shoulder) followed by massages targeting those areas and later provided exercises to do at home. I have just started receiving treatments at this clinic. It is my first experience with Manual Osteopathy and Hagen Kals was very specific in evaluating my concerns and treatments. My first session lasted more than an hour including hands on manipulations, stretches and he suggested some exercises I can easily do at home. After 4 sessions, I already feel some improvements, it is very encouraging. I am very hopeful that I can better manage my pain with more treatments.
My experience at Elevated Health Collective has been amazing! I have had the pleasure to work with both Amir & Hagen and they are both fantastic! They are absolutely knowledgeable and skilled as Osteopaths. After each session, I left feeling like a brand new person. Honestly it took one session to fix my main issue, while other ongoing therapy, I never really felt completely better in over a year! Both are highly recommended and I will definitely continue for ongoing therapy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great service, advise and professional help was provided by Hagen and his team has improved my quality of life. I am someone who has been suffering from numbness of the hand quite severely. They discovered the underlying issues and addresses it well. Thank you team.
Hagen was great. He gave me a few stretches to help with my sports injury.
