I cannot recommend Hagen enough! As someone who is very active with Pilates and Peloton, I often deal with alignment issues and muscle tightness. Hagen is incredibly knowledgeable and takes a holistic approach to treatment. I always leave feeling balanced, mobile, and ready to get back to my routine. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands body mechanics and athletic recovery, this is the place to go!

Been seeing Hagen for Osteopath for many months now. I had never done Osteopath treatments before and so happy I have. He has helped me with many issues. He’s very knowledgeable and explains his treatments in detail. Also sends me videos of things I can do at home to help between treatments and strengthen areas of concern. I highly recommend Hagen to anyone seeking Osteopath.
Saw Hagen for a nagging lower back pain that would not go away. He did a thorough assessment and showed me some imbalances that I wasn’t even aware of. With some targeted movements and take home exercises - the pain all but disappeared after two sessions. Very happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to see Hagen again.
