I highly recommend Elevated Fitness Solutions. The workouts are really intense and very diverse. It's never the same workout each time. Matt is very encouraging towards the goals that I set for myself. I would much rather an affordable one on one personal training and small groups than being in a gym constantly pestered by trainers to do an expensive training program.

Matt at EFS is really an amazing trainer. I've only been working out about 2 months but have seen such a change in my body. The trainers here personalize the work outs to meet and accommodate you and your goals. Everything is tailored to you...even picking what kind of music you want to jam to while working out. Matt motivates me to accomplish more than I ever imagined I could! I don't know what the person in the first review is talking about. I have been going there for 2 months and have never found the place hot or been treated unprofessionally. Yes they play rap music and hip hop, but it helps me to stay motivated to train. I myself AND my girlfriend both go there 3 days a week, we are both losing weight and getting in better shape. I have been going to EFS for about 7-8 weeks now. I have been to gyms in the past where I go for a little while and basically end up giving them free money for lack of participation on my end. EFS has me motivated more than I have EVER been in my life. I frequent there 4 times a week. I absolutely love it and it has become a part of my life and daily routine.
