During my one and only visit to this place, the management was pretty rude. I can tolerate a lot in a gym, but they were bad enough to convince me not to return.
Change it up! Going heavy does not always produce the same results in muscle fatigue, breakdown, fast or slow twitch use ect. Changing it up once in a while is the BEST way to confuse your muscles and stimulate some real growth! Ask Joe to put you through the passes if you think your workout needs a boost! Thanks JOE!
