Great Doctor and Staff!!!!
My family has been coming here for about 2yrs. I love the doctors and most of the staff are friendly however the last 2 visits there have been poor communication and seems like the front office staff could careless so I am writing a review in hopes they will listen. I do not want to have to switch doctors. My oldest daughter had an appointment and we confirmed by phone. Only for us to show up and say we didn’t confirm the text and it was canceled. When I spoke to a woman by phone, I was told the exam, including retinal scan and contact fitting, was $309. A little higher than the other options on the market, but okay. I even confirmed that that would be the total before we disconnected. Today I went in for the appointment, checked in, waited for my turn, and as I’m IN the patient’s chair in the doctor’s office I’m now told, “as a heads up” that $309 is just part of the exam and retinal imaging + contact fitting is additional, which means the visit (to get a prescriptio... read more
