Elevated Eyecare McDonough took great care of all of my needs. Dr Shantrell did a wonderful job of explaining the process and procedures. DJ was amazing in helping me select a frame that was fashionable and functional for my facial features. All around great experience!!
The staff is very friendly and knowledgable!
DJ customers service is beyond speechless. He was a big help with my appointment. He was super busy entire time but that did not stop him from assisting and having a good spirit. Not once did he lose his patience with having no help in office and being as busy as he was. Thank You DJ for everything!
Excellent customer care!!!!! Dr. was outstanding with me and my son she was incredibly sweet and purely hilarious love this type of energy coming into the office! Thankful to have found this wonderful office!!!! Highly recommend!!!!
