Very poor customer service, even worse attention to detail and sub par craftsmanship. The only reason they got 2 stars is the actual windows are high quality, but you can get them installed by a better company as they outsource the production. In the pics you will see the gaps in the trim they reinstalled as well as the 1/4 round. There is also a couple images of their attempt to repair a sill that came loose during the installation. Had a really great experience with Elevated Exteriors and the owner Ian! Good communication throughout the process even when there were some delays due to weather. Had the roof re-shingled, gutters replaced and a flat top roof redone over the shed that Ian came out and completed himself due to my concerns of it leaking prior. Left it much better than he found it! Would definitely recommend!
No communication. Blacklisted after 3 reschedules. Very poorly managed business.
Elevated not only did a great job, but were extremely punctual and professional throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend this local company!
