Brock, Austin & Joe were awesome up work with at Elevated Exteriors Brock worked diligently for over a year to get our roof replacement approved. He worked hard for us. The actual replacement work was quick and seamless. It looks awesome and done with quality. The communication and financial transfer was flawless. I could not recommend a company more strongly.
These guys came to my door, offering to inspect my roof. Things started off well with our salesman, Tony S. He said they could get me a new roof through insurance and I signed an agreement with them, understanding that they would represent me with the insurance company. Our salesman said he'd be there for the inspection. Later, the insurance inspector came out, having notified our salesman. Brock Schoonover and his team are exceptional. From the time they provided an inspection, a proposal, to the actual work (roof and gutter replacement) they were here to answer any questions and more importantly deal with our insurance provider. Brock and his team worked on our behalf to ensure everything was understood with our carrier and provided outstanding follow up. They were here during and after the work was completed.
