I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental office. My initial appointment for myself and my daughter lasted nearly three hours. Throughout the visit, we were repeatedly left waiting for 20–30 minutes at a time without anyone checking in or providing updates. The appointment felt very disorganized and showed little respect for patients’ time. Absolutely love this place. Have been to the location in Frisco, and I find I like this location much better. (Possibly due to less patients to care for, so less rushing through appointments.) Only have been here for dental, but the dentist I worked with was incredibly sweet and thorough. I was informed they also do Primary Care in the same building, so I will also be looking into that based on the excellent care I recieved with the dental side.
