Derrick, our maintenance person was professional, knowledgeable, kind, helpful and personable. The next time we have any issues, I hope he helps us!

Overall, I’ve had a pretty decent experience so far. The apartment is beautiful and Stephanie and Faith has been wonderful. My biggest concern is the poor sound insulation. I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking and toddler running often, as well as their TV above me. I understand some noise is normal in apartment living, but the lack of insulation has been more noticeable than expected.
