Today I was walking out of the local hardware store with a 35lb bag of dog food on my shoulder when I dropped my keys. Instead of putting the food down. I dropped one foot back, did a split squat to pick up my keys and kept walking. Evan and the coaches at Elevate are amazing and are all about functional strength and movements. I avoided gyms most of my life but have had spent the last 7 years getting stronger with their help.
Never being a member of a gym before, I didn’t know what to expect when joining Elevate. Evan and Gail have guided me in determining what to pursue with my strength goals and eventually make significant progress. Now over 3 years in, I continue to achieve different goals while being led by skilled, professional coaches and surrounded by a supportive group of individuals.
I started working out at Elevate Strength & Performance 3 months ago and have noticed a considerable change in my posture and strength! They have designed a program that strengthens muscle groups we use everyday, making day to day tasks easier to carry out! Gail and Evan are very kind, considerate, and encouraging. They provide valuable feedback on form and technique to execute each exercise precisely and effectively. I am so happy to be a part of Elevate Strength & Performance and would highly recommend it!
This is a perfect gym! Every workout leaves a lasting impact. Every coach connects meaningfully. Every member interacts genuinely. I have been in the functional fitness world for a long time and there is everything you need here. I have been a member of Elevate for just over a year now and I’m so happy it (and the wonderful coaches and people I’ve met) are a part of my life. I, like many, had an on again off again relationship with gyms and personal training. When I didn’t understand, or when it got too hard (or when I inevitably got hurt) I just decided it wasn’t for me and stopped for a while.
