Brian Chandler is a really great guy. Good intentions with a great heart , however ... when I was a member I was over charged 4 separate times that totaled over $2200. That's money drafted out of my account without my approval. Then when we worked out a schedule to fix things , I was told the gym was closed and i needed to leave. I abruptly quit and somehow was still charged again after I had already left. It was like they had zero control of their accounting. Coach Chris created a custom training program that keeps my body strong and injury free but has also completely changed how I move and feel everyday. I couldn't be more thrilled with the level of service and care I've received from Elevate! Their dedicated attitude was clearly evident in how they have gone above and beyond to ensure I received the level of care I needed to become pain free. It's rare to find such a perfect balance of expertise and genuine care. I highly recommend Brian and Elevate to anyone looking for top quality service with heart.
I just left Elevate Sports after 1 of my twice weekly soft tissue massage sessions with Brian Chandler and my chronic back pain is relieved and released once again. Really don’t know how I could get by without his treatments for my scoliosis. I always look forward to being here with the gracious and concerned staff.
