I can’t say enough great things about John at Elevate Sport and Spine Center! I went to see him for some pain in my left shoulder, and after just two visits, I’m completely pain-free! What I really appreciated was that John didn’t just focus on where I was hurting. He used a variety of techniques and gave me specific PT exercises to do at home to strengthen the surrounding muscles and address the underlying issue. 20+ years of back low back pain…. Not anymore!! John is incredible at his craft. He listens and treats accordingly. I literally left his office feeling the best I have in years. Best part? It’s lasted!! I’ve spent thousands on dollars on ANY treatment that I thought could help me over the years- massage, chiro, accupuncture, Rolfing, etc. John did more for me than any of those ever have.
