So many hard decisions with a custom build. After reviewing roofing companies I still found the process overwhelming. AVCO roofing came in and filled in all the gaps in information I had which I still did not completely understand. The crew was exceptional every step of the process. Had the pleasure of working with Caleb and the owner Chancey. Was very happy with the process of getting our roof replaced. We had just moved back to NC from being placed in WA for a few years. My husband was just recently retired out of the Army so home repairs or improvements were the last thing on my list of things we needed to do as soon as we got home. The whole experience was outstanding! From the time I contacted Chancey until my roof was completed he was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the crew that did the work were top notch. They were timely, organized and hardworking. No goofing off and very mindful and respectful of my property. I would, and have referred them to anyone.
