I have been using Elevate for a number of years to reserve our timeshare in Whistler. They have always been courteous and professional in the whole process of making the reservation and managing our stay. In particular, they have always attended quickly to any maintenance issues. In short - there are no negatives, only positives.
We have been going to Lake Placid Lodge in Whistler since 1993. Elevate Real Estate Management is hands down the absolute best management company we have worked with. My husband and I have been on the Board of Directors for two different timeshare units at Lake Placid and I have also been on the Strata Council at Lake Placid. I have been here every year for a long time. Love the location, cleanliness and amenities of the apartments and the building. So close to the lift and much less lines than the village.
