Elevate is an amazing place to work and a community of property managers who care.
We have been renting our office space through Elevate for over 2 years now. They are very responsive and helpful whenever we need it. They are easy to work with and seem to really care about their building.
Our unit recently needed a pipe in our unit fixed, it took over about 1/4 of our office to complete this task. The timeline of this project started on 3/19 when Vern got a second opinion to come to our office, shortly after they came, we found out that the estimated project for fixing the damaged pipe was from 3/29-4/12. I got an email from Vern that him and his team completed all their work on 4/9, that included putting the flooring back together and touching up any paint. My experiences are usually billing issues in which is resolved 100% of the time. We are always notified promptly when maintenance or inspections are scheduled. We are very satisfied with doing business with Elevate Real Estate Services, Inc.
Jack Heagan has managed two offices of mine and I can't say enough about him! He is extremely responsive, kind, and a clear communicator. Whenever there is an issue he is quick to work to get it resolved. Unfortunately, Elevate is no longer managing one of the offices and Jack has still been available to support even though it is not his job anymore! He goes above and beyond and I would recommend Elevate and Jack to anyone looking for property management services!
