We have been renting our office space through Elevate for over 2 years now. They are very responsive and helpful whenever we need it. They are easy to work with and seem to really care about their building.
Our unit recently needed a pipe in our unit fixed, it took over about 1/4 of our office to complete this task. The timeline of this project started on 3/19 when Vern got a second opinion to come to our office, shortly after they came, we found out that the estimated project for fixing the damaged pipe was from 3/29-4/12. I got an email from Vern that him and his team completed all their work on 4/9, that included putting the flooring back together and touching up any paint.
