Jasmine treated my home today. She did a very thorough job. I appreciate her professionalism and knowledge of her trade.
Almost every single time I have had a scheduled appointment for them to come out and spray they have called for one reason or another and rescheduled. I take off in order to accommodate my spray so that they can get into the garage and get into my backyard because of my dogs, which cost me a lot of money to get a house spray and then they don’t show up and call me a half an hour to my scheduled time and have to reschedule. This is not acceptable.’
Didn’t feel like I was getting anything for the cost of regular service. Called to cancel and was told they couldn’t cancel without someone else calling me back to discuss. Sketchy business practices, additional pest problems developed under their care, 1/5 experience, would not recommend.
