Fantastic experience at this community! While the elevators have, on occasion, been out of order staff has been very helpful and understanding to mitigate any issues. Community as a whole is beautiful with great amenities to offer! Would definitely recommend it here!
I just wanted to say that this team and staff are extremely professional and helpful in the search process. Tay and Bailey are absolute rockstars and do a phenomenal job presenting the unit as well as walking through options. Couldn’t recommend a better place!
The elevators literally never work, despite every single resident paying hundreds of dollars in monthly maintenance fees to keep them running. When people comment on the elevators not working the staff leaves passive aggressive notes saying “taking a different elevator is always an option, nobody is forcing you to take the stairs.” Imagine trying to gaslight people and telling them to take a different elevator when literally not a single one is working? this place is only getting two stars because the people that work in the office are very nice and the simple maintenance requests are generally completed quickly. i do think the staff here attempts to improve conditions but the property management group that owns this place is very comfortable collecting what is likely at least $3.5 million (probably closer to $4 million) in rent annually while providing very little value to renters. first and foremost: the elevator situation in this building is the worst i’ve ever experienc... read more
