Edit: I don't live here anymore and the situation may have changed. Rooms are pretty good but not maintained well, and management is ok at best. In the 1.5 years I've lived here we have never had all elevators functioning, the hot tub was padlocked shut, the "cinema room" is in horrible condition, the halls smell of trash, and the package lockers are in a spot that requires the delivery people to go to the front office, have them open the garage door, and then they can deliver your stuff to the luxor lockers. I lived in Elevate on 5th for over 18 months. I believe a better property can be found at the same price. In this apartment, the elevators are broken and out of service most of the time, which makes it very complicated for residents living on the upper floors. The furniture is very old. For example, the dishwasher was very old, and I was never able to use it. If you need maintenance, you have to call the manager many times to send the maintenance staff. .5 star homeless getting into the building, found a drug needle in the restroom. Pay too much for this kinda living. Always finding homeless in the dumpster or around the dumpster area.

If you guys come to see this apartment please go to Essex or mercer which are far affordable and better management than elevate on 5th my honest review guys
