I can’t say enough good things about Maria. She has been an incredible support over the past year - exactly what I needed during pregnancy and postpartum. She has a rare gift of being both gentle and direct, always knowing which approach is needed in the moment. She helped me face my fears about becoming a mother and guided me through some of the most vulnerable moments with compassion and strength. My only regret is not finding her sooner.
As a queer black male, I had An amazing session with the Elevate team. Not only did I love that they offered online counseling and in person, I really enjoyed the session being diverse and open what I wanted to talk about.
