This was her first experience having a massage. Her experience was so traumatizing that she will probably never get another massage again. This place is so unprofessional! I booked 4 appointments 2 weeks in advanced with the manager named Joseph Gonzalez. Him as the manager should have known his policies about booking an appointment but appearntly he didn’t. When I booked he did NOT ask for my credit card.
