I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Anette’s office. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. The staff were not professional, and communication was poor throughout my visit. What concerned me most was the billing. I paid in cash at the time of my appointment, but later noticed that my card was also charged. When I tried to address the issue, it was not handled in a professional or reassuring manner. Dr. Annette is what I have been looking for since my chiropractor moved away. I have many health issues from double TMJ, fibromyalgia, arthritis, plantar fasciitis, cancer, and fertility.
