We visited an Elevate group land sale over the weekend and had a fantastic experience, thanks to Morgan. From the moment we arrived, Morgan was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through the entire land buying process without ever making us feel pressured. We had such an amazing experience!! Morgan was so helpful. She took so much time to pre-walk all of the lots and had a scouting report on every available property. She was very attentive to what we were looking for and guided us so well. She had so much energy, experience and knowledge. We never felt compelled and she was so helpful we made a selection very quickly with her guidance!
I cannot say enough good things about Jayson, who shepherded us through the process of buying a lot with Elevate. He is a true asset to the company, and we consider ourselves very fortunate to have had him as our contact there. I worked with Jayson Whiteside to purchase a lot at Wilderness Reserve at Wildcat. Jayson was super helpful in the week leading up to the one-day sale and we communicated back and forth probably 10 times over a 3 day period. He sent pics, additional info, and helped me with the 'process' day of sale. There was some hiccup on the day of the sale as I had another associate taking me through the property and she had some confusion about the availability of a certain lot I really liked.
