What started out as a simple thermostat replacement, became an undertaking of Josh and team member working together to problem solve the issue. Working above and beyond is an understatement as to the service Josh provided. The team listened and continued working until the unit was working again. I would 💯 recommend Josh, his team members, and Elevate. We will definitely continue to use this company.
