Inferior care. Seniors disrespected in their own homes. No supervision No prior introduction. Vulnerable senior speaks up? Worker throws complaint back on her/him. Scheduler Ida Pena is doing her best in this shortage of workers. But training for the needs of seniors can still be done. No excuse.
When the helpers are good ones they are amazing but when they aren’t they are terrible. I have had a helper that showed up reeking of cigarette smoke so badly I had to send her away, and the one I have now has called off twice in two weeks after not taking the trash out AT ALL to main dumpster so it’s overflowing. If they think you don’t know better they WILL take advantage of you so just have your guard up or pay more elsewhere for a reliable, accountable service.

The staff is so friendly and Kind. Great group to work with.
Working with the Longmont office is great. They are always happy to help and super accommodating.
