Elevate has been a great community partner. They have super pleasant staff that go the extra way. Knowledgeable abd caring!
Good home health company whose clinicians provide prompt, quality home visits. Mayelin, their rep is great. She meets with the patient and/or family prior to being discharged home to coordinate the initial home visit as well as being the point of contact.
Very professional staff. Elevate goes above and beyond to be sure the clients needs are met. I would definitely recommend their services for home health.
Honestly I had a list of home health agencies to choose from and this is what we chose. They discharged us the nursing care without us even knowing. Even though our insurance is approving them to come out, they do not want to. I wish we went with a different company.
