Their personnel are attentive, punctual, very friendly and helpful. I paid for a renewal early and Elevate called me and then refunded my monies. I was thankful for their honesty!!
All of the customer service representatives were highly knowledgeable about what I needed and very timely communicated with me what I needed to do to complete my task. They handled every detail. I now have my medical card with no stress 😎 of application. If I need anything I feel confident that I will be accommodated. Thank Y’all over there at Elevate Holistic for all you do!!!
Hard to think the process can be streamlined to the level holistics has gotten to, but I'm thankful everyday they have made it as simple as possible.
Update... since i left this review.. Jennifer has now fixed my issue. I cant thank her enough. She is the best!!! Let me tell you about this place.... I've had issues with my card. Jennifer and the team has gone above and beyond to help me with the issues. Even though it has nothing to do with them. I can only hope that other places treat their patients the way they do.. It would be silly to go anywhere else in my opinion. If you need a card your in the right place.
