Their personnel are attentive, punctual, very friendly and helpful. I paid for a renewal early and Elevate called me and then refunded my monies. I was thankful for their honesty!!
All of the customer service representatives were highly knowledgeable about what I needed and very timely communicated with me what I needed to do to complete my task. They handled every detail. I now have my medical card with no stress 😎 of application. If I need anything I feel confident that I will be accommodated. Thank Y’all over there at Elevate Holistic for all you do!!!
Hard to think the process can be streamlined to the level holistics has gotten to, but I'm thankful everyday they have made it as simple as possible.
