IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. These people are a JOKE. I have been on the loop around for 2 months due to their scheduling mishaps. They wont return my calls or answer my voicemails! EVER! Not to mention my first time in they didn't have my documents and had info from ANOTHER PATIENT as my own. WHAT A SAD EXCUSE FOR A CLINIC. BEWARE AND GO ELSEWHERE!
It’s utterly shocking how incompetent their billing department is - they’re incapable of providing a simple line item list of charges, they stuck at talking to insurance (I have phenomenal coverage), and after countless wasted hours on the phone, we finally sorted out what we owed and paid (six months ago). Now I get a collection letter in the mail A FULL YEAR LATER telling me I still owe $525 and they’re sending me to collections. Avoid this place at all costs! We had a horrible experience. There was constantly different staff. Some days were spent watching popular movies! The school district was notified my child was being released that same day and We were never notified! District called me at work in a panic. We had MAJOR billing issues. We were charged for Dr. Services and we never heard from the Dr. Once even though I left several messages for him to call me re med concerns.2 years after program they tried to deduct $2000 from our Wells Fargo without our permission! This place was an absolute joke! Everyday that we walked in there would be someone new working. The turn over rate is outrageous. They quoted us a price and we signed the paperwork at that price, which was all covered by insurance but like a minimal amount. The next thing I know we are getting two thousand dollar bills. When asked about it they just kept giving me the run around and no one had an answer. They say they help with your child’s schoolwork.
