I love going to Elevate Health & Performance! The personal trainers help me get a good workout for my needs and I always walk out of there feeling great! Of course, some sore muscles let me know they're getting stronger! Highly recommend!

I've been working out at Elevate with David as my personal trainer for about 6 weeks. I have been impressed with the workouts designed for me to meet my goals while challenging me. David has good knowledge of what needs to be done to work with a chronic hamstring issue by progressively reloading it - not ignoring it. I really appreciate his knowledge and attention. The facility in Salem is very nice; it's clean and well-equipped.
David is outstanding! He demonstrates the exercise and then actively coaches to ensure I am using the correct form to obtain the most benefit. The routines are challenging but achievable and there is sufficient variation so you don’t get tired of the same routines. David makes the time at Elevate rewarding and enjoyable. He is definitely helping this 80 year old meet my goals for strength, balance and overall fitness!
I’ve tried a lot of different gyms over the years and was never able to stay consistent. But once I found Elevate Health and Performance, that all changed. Before, I used to dread going to the gym, but after working with all of the amazing trainers, I’ve come to really enjoy working out. A big thank you to the entire staff for welcoming me with open arms and creating such a positive, encouraging environment. I truly appreciate everything you’ve done.
