I have been working with the Elevate team now for just under 6-weeks and have had a wonderful experience. The space feels very inclusive (people of all ages, sizes, fitness levels), the team is incredibly knowledgeable and fun to work with, and the actual strength training/workouts have been great. Even with an injury to work around, I feel myself getting stronger and regaining confidence in the gym. Can't recommend Elevate enough!
Since joining Elevate Performance, I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in my strength and energy levels. I appreciate the trainers’ safe approach to increase muscle without injury. The individual nutritional coaching enabled me to combine healthy foods to lose weight and feel great. I will be forever changed by Sam, Nate, Alex and Carla. Thank you.
My husband and I weren't sure what to expect when we signed up for personal training but we're finishing up our first six-week cycle and we love the folks at Elevate Health & Performance! Sam is fantastic, good humored, and met us where we were at with our fitness! All the trainers are thoughtful and fun to hang out with. We're happy we found this spot.
The staff here really know their stuff and truly want to help you succeed. They take the time to explain proper form, answer questions, and tailor workouts to your abilities and goals. The music is usually pretty good too.
Alex and the whole team are amazing to work with! I’ve been training here for just over 2 years and have seen great results. Can’t recommend this place enough.
