I couldn’t recommend Elevate healing arts more! Singeli is a practiced and incredibly talented body worker with an amazing capacity to notice the messages of the body, facilitate healing conversations with self, and bring relief! Very nervous system and trauma informed, queer friendly and has so many tools she pulls from! Hypnosis, sound, massage, meditation, craniosacral and many more!

I had a really calming and grounding experience. Beautiful, calming space and a very relaxing massage. The therapist ( Singeli) was attentive and created a safe, soothing environment. I left feeling more relaxed, centered, and lighter than when I arrived. Highly recommend if you’re feeling stressed or tense.
