Wasn't sure what to expect but let me just sum it up in one word...awesome!! Highly recommend it to those of you that work out hard!!
I must admit, I was a little skeptical before I went. Maybe even a little bit nervous. But the actually floating "tank" was more like a tiny pool, so I wasn't nervous as all once I was in it. The tank was in this beautiful spa like room. Everything was so clean and soothing. I just went to try and relieve stress, but it also helped with a nagging muscle pain I had in my back. The most awesome experience I've ever had. Before coming, I was very nervous and felt like sketchy about it. But when you get into the bath, it's so relaxing and I felt great when I got out. I definitely want to do it again!
