Ive never been to a fancy Day Spa but I imagine it to be similar to my experience at Elevate...very courteous and informative staff, gorgeous facility, Nicer showers than most 4 star hotels, and a very relaxing atmosphere.
I absolutely love this place I bought a package that got my float down to under $50 a float and I wish I could do it twice a week. It is always super clean and the staff is friendly. I feel so relaxed and at peace after I float that nothing really compares to it! I am able to get to such an amazing relaxed state that is probably equivalent to that of a master Yogi yoga person, and it is completely effortless. This is awesome 0 gravity . This is really good for my back. I have what is called congenital spondylitis. Better known as L5 / S1. And when i do my stretching along with this and acupuncture. It helps me alot. I cant thank the owners enough for opeaning this place. Way cool very clean. And a very relaxing atmosphere. I recommend it. Its so worth it.
