One of the most disappointing parts of my experience was the owner’s attitude. Rather than acting professionally and working to resolve concerns, he seemed more focused on acting tough and trying to intimidate customers. The most frustrating part of my experience was the owner’s attitude. Instead of acting professionally and addressing concerns, the owner repeatedly emphasized that he was “the owner,” as if that alone justified the way customers were being treated. Being the owner of a business should mean leading by example, showing respect, and taking responsibility when issues arise. Unfortunately, I saw the opposite. I rarely write reviews, but I appreciate those who take the time to do it. In this case, I feel compelled to write one because the entire team at Elevate, from our first meeting, to my daughter's party this past weekend, far surpassed anything I ever imagined. Every detail was taken care of, the food was outstanding, and the kids have been telling my daughter all week that it was the BEST party they've ever been to. A special thanks to Chris, Rachel, and Scott for making my daughter's (and my) dream come true.
