As a donor, I had an AMAZING experience with the Elevate team. I was previously with another agency, and switching over to Elevate was one of the best decisions I have made. Miu, Kyla and Megan made this whole process so enjoyable. They were extremely responsive, knowledgable, incredibly kind, and made me feel completely supported all throughout my journey. Now that my surrogacy journey is complete, I can update this with more information. Communication with this company is questionable. Several times, I had to ask more than once to receive money for health insurance before escrow was established. Then when escrow was established, there were more issues with receiving payment. You can see when payment requests are submitted in the escrow account, and very often, I had to ask for things more than once. I did 2 contracts with a clinic in Mexico.
